1.23 specific ideas in particular. I'm getting smoked in this race. I think the key might be a Cappuccino with the RX-7 engine without permanent upgrades.
I have every Kei car in the game, including the Copen VGT. All of them have all the available upgrade parts except the one Copen I chose to have widened. My '91 Cappuccino has a rotary engine and I cannot make PP with it since 1.23, though it won the Kyoto and Deep Forest enduros.
I'm at a loss for how to win this one.
I actually switched over to it from the Alsace event with the classic cars. I ran an old Mustang with a Coyote engine...oh my they got this engine WAY wrong!
Back to the Autopolis Kei Car race, though...ideas?
