Lobby message: Connection Timed Out

Hello,
I am trying to connect to Lobbies, but mosty it ends up with "Success" but then instead of entering Lobby I get an Error Message that says my connection was Timed Out. About 95% of my attempts end like this but there is no real reason. I have PS5, my internet connection is absolutely perfect. Playing in GT7 Sport mode works perfectly.

I tried to filter Lobbies to Same Region but did not help. Can someone help?

Additionally, lobbies use peer to peer (mesh P2P, if I recall correctly, whereas Daily Races are star P2P; GTWS is fixed servers) so really it's a crapshoot; if it's set up by someone connecting through a potato over satellite (or mobile internet), timing out is about the standard.

Further additionally: some ISPs throttle the crap out of P2P, and the one you've exclusively used to access GTPlanet is absolutely one of them, so if that's what you're using to access GT7 lobbies I wouldn't be surprised at these results.
