My G29 is now a lot louder than when it was new. Should I be worried?

Do any of the other G29 users have this experience? Mine is about 9 months old and gets regular use. I remember when it first started up it was near silent, just a humming. Now it's more like the DFGT. Should I send it back to Logitech for repair or wait for something to actually break?

I have my g29 for 3 weeks. Yesterday I had no ffb for the majority of the evening. When for some reason ffb does start to work it's a lot louder then when it was new and I feel some notches in some turns where ther where no notches before.

I'm sending it back today. I'll keep you posted on what happenend.
