There will be NO in room practice. Once the room opens qualifying will begin. Qualifying will be conducted in the night time in the dry. All cars on track for 20 minutes.
ALL cars MUST qualify on the medium compound tyre.
Once the time has been reached, the race will automatically start so the order won't be changed by the game as it is mandatory for every car to do AT LEAST the first stint on the medium compound.

- During an allocated session, everyone's mic MUST be muted
- Slipstream strength - weak
- Boost - NONE
- All driver aids are allowed (everyone is different!)
- Damage - Heavy
- Manual rolling start (Pole sitters b/w 80 & 90km/h)
- Tyre & fuel depletion - normal
- During the race you can use either the medium or soft tyre compound or both at the same time if you wish to do so. The only mandated tyre is the medium for qualifying and the opening stint.
- The pits will be open AFTER lap 2 has been completed
- You MUST complete a minimum of 2 pitstops

- A damaged car that does not move out of the way of oncoming cars
- If a damaged car causes a crash
- Jumping the start
- Being a d*ckhead on the warm up lap!
- Unsportsmanlike behavior (Late dives at corners etc)
- If a slower class car fights with a faster class car while being lapped or after a pitstop
- If a faster class car forcefully touches a slower class car while lapping them or after pitstop
- Failing to complete 2 pit stops
- Having your mic heard for an unnecessary reason
- Weaving after being told to form up before the start

3rd - ??

The prizes above are for the top 3 in both classes

For 1st place in GTE the winner will receive the Allan Simonsen Memorial Award in memory of Allan.

Please note that while the currently the event has quite a few spots available we do have 16-20 racers connected and deciding via our Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/FormulaGTgt5Series) so if you want to race be quick before the other guys get in! ;)

Ok. The 908 is fast. You allowing just ths factory car or can you run the oreca? Theyre the exact same but for the livery anyway, might give a more diverse look to lmp?

Control cars mate. The group of guys established that they wanted control cars and one only. Bit of influence of iRacing's Prototype/ GT Challenge Series.

Im in lmp1

Hey Joseph,

Thanks for showing interest mate! Just before I out your name down for the class, can you just make sure you would be able to attend the race time wise?

When you use a time converter start with 3pm Australian Eastern Standard Time and go as late as 8pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.

As far as date for the race, us Aussies and Kiwi's (within the community stated above on Facebook) are waiting till AT LEAST after the Bathurst 1000 which is next weekend (13th of October). The weekend after (18th, 19th & 20th) is when we would first look at hosting this event.

Also as we do hold hosted test sessions for everyone to join and purely test for a few hours while socialising with everyone.

Cheers Hayden.

You guys are going back an hour on the 6th, correct? It would be helpful if you can put up a countdown timer.

Ok. Im sure I'll be a worthy opponent ;) lmp's are my forte!

Haha awesome! As you can see we have a MASSIVE GTE field so if one slot opens up for the race I will throw you in straight away and let you know! :)

Ill go wherever there is room left. But I prefer lmp. The vette is easy as well so if theres only room in that class it wouldn't be a problem.

I'll have to add you to psn. But whatre good times for lmp? 3:24's are about where I'm at on full fuel.

That's a good time mate! No worries, should be on later to add you if you haven't added me already!

TF_110B is my PSN and freshseth83 is my brother, just add either and I will reply.
