Fresh wants to say that it was hard to be clean when in the rear because everyone lagged around him. Made him lag on track as well. That happened to him last race at the start.
 
Issues addressed for the 3rd race of the season:

Mics will always be off. Seth or CJ or a volunteer with a very reliable connection will host.

I've thought about it, and here's my resolution on the points issue for Daytona and going forward regarding Dc's.

The system will be this: DC's in the first quarter of the race will receive 1 point plus their finishing position. Dc's during the 2nd quarter of the race will receive 25% of the points for their running position. Dc's during the 3rd quarter of the race will receive 50% of the points for their running position, and DC's during the final quarter of the race will receive 75% of the points for their running position.

By this system, Razor will receive 18 x .75 = 13.5 points for Daytona. I will receive 16 x .75 = 12 points.

This leaves the top of the points looking like this:

CJBMX - 40 points Razor - 38.5 Jake- 30

CJ will review the replay and total points will be updated shortly.

EDIT: This formula only applies to Daytona. Going forward you get points for where you finish.

Seth made sure to do more than half distance so he could get the most points as possible. Next race will be a different story.
 
Also what do you plan on doing with me and others who did not DC. Are you going to take our points away?!

Of course not! You get the points for where you finished. Since I DC'ed I don't have the finishing order, when CJ gets it to me I'll post full points.

Edit: In the future we will have better connections and if someone DC's, they get finish position points.

Good racing. Cars being lapped should not race against the leader. Loads of lag in the beginning.
 
Its not a big deal. Seth just got a little upset that you raced him a bit while he was lapping you. But he thinks lag took him out of the sure-win in the opening laps. It seems to happen in the beginning, just like when he took pole in the first race but lag pushed him off track. Same happened this race.

I think points for pole are kind of silly, fastest lap too. Kind of doing it the F1 way, points for finishing position. I like the emphasis to be where you finish the race. Points are doing ok for you as is, no? :sly:

Good racing. Too bad I had distractions. I went down 28 seconds early on from a phone call, but clawed back to finish only 17 seconds down.
