PRAIANO'S TUNES : SETTINGS FOR GT7

I did a quick test for 550 and 600PP today , Without rear downforce available the car is horrible at this level. Like you say ,wanting kill you any corner. The only way i've find and it's very good and performant , is using a lower compound at the front . Like front Sport Hard rear medium at 550PP or front sport medium rear sport soft at 600PP. I have to check some options but i'll publish something tomorrow.

The Dino is ok for 600PP , Just use Sport soft , increase front downforce to 43 and build a new longer gearbox.

Obrigado !

I guess the front downforce was not so useful? Can't wait to try it later!

I had to use mixed componds with harder tires at the front. The car is undrivable without it. This is actually one of the top 3 550PP car on Nordschleife.

Human comedy race , perfect drive , easy and sensitive. New update same suspension , just more performant, power (200HP)instead racing brakes and pads that are performants enough for the car.

Strange . It's ok for me here , normals 4 pics about the settings + 1 more decorative cockpit view picture. ! Nothing wrong.
Yes working for me now too, it just had black text filenames for the last 2 pictures for me earlier. 👍

After watching the Škoda VGT reveal race today, I have a strong feeling that the vehicle will benefit from some of the Maestro's magic on the tuning settings. I just hope they allow some wiggle room so he can find the necessary changes to make it less likely we will lose control of the vehicle as most did at some point during today's race. As someone who drives almost exclusively in VR, it was wonderful to hear the design team speak on how instrumental the cockpit view was when designing the car. The entire story of how this vehicle is joining the game is easily one of the best stories of the VGT cars to date. I have other ideas on how a few simple features announced for the Aveela would surprise and boost VR users if implemented. But I'm losing faith in PD and their commitment to VR.

There are no adjustable settings in this car.

I'm looking to buy this car also, was going to leave the engine stock, use Praiano's suspension, diff, aero settings etc, and see how it drives. I'm currently building a garage of classic cars at around 550-580pp for custom races. If I like how it drives, it stays. If it drives like the Mangusta did this morning... I'll scrap it. That thing tried to kill me on Nordschliefe, a few too many times. 🤣

Hi @praiano63. I'm having trouble with 1st gear on some of your tunes, Shelby 350, Alpine 72, Berlinetta, RX7 swap and Amuse NISMO swap. I can't get the ratios anywhere near your spec and the gaps between 1st and 2nd make the drive sluggish. I presume it's an effect of recent updates. I might have missed something on the feed, but is there a work around for this? Thanks as always, you've given me so much fun with GT7!

It's a bug introduced with 1.44. FWIW: I've had some success by pushing the max speed setting as high as it will go, 800 mph or so, so that first gear pushed past the speed Praiano has his set to, then reducing the rest. It doesn't work for all of the tunes, but has solved a few.

Huge torque can give a sudden wheel spin , you can shift an upper gear to lower rpm out corner.
Excelent front grip , nice handling and good top speed. Consumption on Le Mans allow only 2 laps at FM4 .

Also works well on the new Chevelle. I used all weight reductions and all power upgrades. No blower. It needs your TLC.

Thanks @KipDog, I'll give that a try. Not Poly's finest hour..

Hi Maestro.

Wondering if you have made a tune for the '70 version... Bought two from legend dealership today and did the expensive engine swap on one of them just to later notice your tune was for the '73 version 💀💀💀

Anyhow did a Frankenstein mixed tune combining your fugu Z skyline engine swap tune and the Skyline 2000 GT-R '73 tune and it works surprisingly well at both 600pp and 700pp, it understeers a bit when accelerating out of turns but it's drivable 😎

Same pace as Integra '95 , this is the limit of power when the car don't show this horrible front wheel spin. Around 8 minutes at Nordschleife.

Excelent car , i favor grip on this setting , perfect for SPA or Nordschleife. Same setting work 600PP tokyo with Sport hard , just low front downforce to 60 to 70.
Gas Consumption is huge , can't do 3 laps on Le Mans even at FM 6 mode.

Works fine with the swap. Needs your fine-tuning. Thanks.

I only have the SWAP engine one with the very peaky LZ20B-Skyline. It can be ok on Le Mans. I never finished it.

Very peaky engine . This gears are for Le Mans but need shorter gearbox for others tracks. Excelent top speed , difficult to make 3 laps with Racing soft , use medium. Laping 3:50 cruising on Le Mans.

Normal brake system and normal Brake pads.

Human comedy race , very fast , easy and very reactive off throttle entering corners. One of my faster car for this race. Only 1 stop for gas.

Another amazing setup for the Human Comedy endurance race, super easy finish. Much thank you @Praina63.
I've just recently found your tuning settings and they are top notch! Keep it up Maestro (:

I did a 600PP first for Tokyo but a PP glitch turn the car not performant. Also the huge torque is coming together and induce a lot of wheel spin. I needed to tight the car on hard springs and maxed rear ballast to contain the anoying wheel spin.
