Unleash the V8 Thunder!!

The SSMDG Classicsracer V8 Sportscar Showdown 2024 is a highly anticipated sprint race championship that brings together the best of the modern V8 sportscar, including models from BMW, Camaro, Ford and Mercedes Benz. These cars have been tuned to deliver 475 horsepower and have a base weight of less than 1,280kg, making for an exciting and competitive race.
(Note: The race management team identified a performance discrepancy with the modified Dodge Charger following the GT7 1.40 update. After conducting thorough testing, they have made the decision to replace it with the BMW M4 to ensure a balanced performance across all race cars in this championship.)

Over the course of eight championship rounds, drivers will participate in twenty-four 55km sprint races held at circuits in America and Europe. The SSMDG race management team will use its "Balance of Performance" system to ensure that drivers of all levels, from FIA Gran Turismo veterans to competitors that are new to sim racing, have the chance to compete in close races. With the SSMDG driver-level system, racers of all skill levels will surely have a thrilling experience on the track.
