I think you’ve been overly pessimistic about the potential at 800 PP. I used your suspension and differential adjustments, shortening the gear ratios and RM tires. The engine power at 800 PP was approx. 600 bhp. I lapped everyone but the second. Total time 25:10. Very consistent pace.
Yes , the car have this potential but still slower than the Mercedes AMG CLK - LM '98 . This is why i write not performant , but your right , perhaps i've been a bit severe with this car. 25 min on Sardegna is still a good time and it's a very pleasant drive.

Hey Praiano! Hope you are okay?
Thank you so much for all the hard work you do for us people that can’t tune (fine tune) the way you do! After using the Toyota GT-one, I was just wondering if you had a 900pp tune for the Toyota GR010 Hybrid 21’? I have tried to use the 800pp and set it to 900pp but I’m struggling with the top gear not being long enough and I think my downforce is a bit too high. If you have a 900pp tune already please could you point me in the direction of it as I can’t find it
Many thanks 🙏🏻
Keep up the hard work 😊❤️
800PP Sardegna settings are very specifics for this track. You need top speed , only slow speed turns almost ... For 900PP SPA for example i don't use front ballast , long medium and fast corners need constant grip , top speed is important also for course but you'll kill your lap time if you favor speed only. I have an old setting for it but need update i think. I have a lot of cars to finish , i'll check soon.
First of all, thank you for this thread. It's taken so many of my cars from being undrivable to absolute pleasures to drive. As someone who's been into racing in real life, it blows my mind that you've been able to set up so many cars, much less do it well!

I do have a question. Did something change on the Porsche 997 and 962c? The 1st gear on both cars is numerically higher by quite a bit than the recommended settings at the lowest it'll go. All the other gears are fine and can be adjusted accordingly. But 1st gear to 2nd is a huge jump because it won't go low enough so the car falls on its face between 1st and 2nd
Hi , it's a pleasure for me to do all those cars.
For the 1st gear problem , it's because the last 1.44 update. Now for the same top speed each gear , set the "Top Speed Auto" to 330kmh = 205 mph , then you'll be able to set first gear and any other gear the way you want . 1st gear can go max to 182kmh = 113mph maximum now after 1.44. More than enough.

Awesome! Thanks for the quick reply

@Gino Caberlin  i'm going back on my first statement about this car at 800PP , here is a setting that can lap high 1:32 low 33 in my hands , 2 stops , you change yours tires during the second pit only , for a 24:30 or 35 race.

SWAP Engine: 8.0-WR16-64V4T-Chiron
Wide car
Rims up to you - With Wide - Offset Wide
Front B - Side B - Rear A - Wing Custom

I've let the Rear extension and front compression very low for the car fall on his front grip , allowing weight transfer playing free . The car without this freedom stay a few lazzy. Just don't pass over the limit or the sanction will come. It's still very easy to lead this way.
Top car on Nordschleife or SPA....

What would a maxed out version of this tune be? I'm quite unsure if I should try this with maxed out stars

Superior top speed , even been a 4WD on the book this car can show wheel spin out slow corners. Just take care or use TC1.
It also eat a lot of rear tires , for example on Daytona 950PP event , using Medium tires right rear tire wear 100% on lap 5 before
the first stop. It's manageable just take care last lap.

Hi Praiano,

Could we get an update for the 787B tunes for v1.440? It’s no longer possible to achieve 800PP or less under these settings. Currently looking at about 809.14. It’s also no longer possible to achieve a 1st gear setting of 1.874/183 with the Top Speed set at 360. You can however achieve the gear settings properly with the top speed set to 380. Thanks in advance.

Already checked. Nothing wrong with my numbers , same 800PP .
Yes there is a glitch 1st gear since 1.44. Like you're saying , increasing "Top Speed Auto" is opening a wider range of speed. Just need to match the top speed for each gear.

Yeah my apologies, I had the DF numbers mixed. Great tune otherwise. Thanks

Also excellent at the LeMans 10-lap race. Use RM and pit after 5 laps. FM6 easily gets 5 laps. The battery still has about 40% after 10 laps. Thanks.

Thank you very much, the lowest gear cannot be adjusted like this at 250 kmh, no problem at 350 kmh

Edit;

All I see is that it doesn't match between individual images.
I dont understand?
1. Add any customizeable transmission
2. select "adjust"
3. from highest to lowest gear - dial to the gear ratio that is shown in the picture

-> this just worked for me, no tricks needed.

I saw 250 kmh top speed in the second photo. In the third photo you can see 330 kmh.
At 250 kmh the lowest gear cannot be set to 1880/140.

the 250km/h is just the "automatic reference" used for the game to do a general setup.
The detailed adjustments can be done - as I said I have just done that to verify + added the information how to do it.

1. see final gear number is the same as in the screenshot
2. adjust 6th gear to 0.780 ( /360 will be there if you didnt change anything else alsready)
3. adjust 5th gear to 0.883 ( this now should be /298)
4. continue down to the 1st gear.

Thanks mate! I have tried your setup and it's OK.

At 250 kmh the lowest gear cannot be set to 1880/140.
How are you getting 1st gear 1.880 / 140 ? I'm at 799.98 pp but 1st gear is 2.239 / 117 max, the rest of gears as yours!

@optical10
Gear ratio doesnt affect PP, so it works regardless of how much PP a car has.
But in case the car has upgrades that change the redline this affects gear ratios.

Just a simple request. I have noticed that Nissan NISMO GT500 2008 is not in your list. I am interested on this car and I think other people might, too. Please would you be in a position to prepare and post a setup for Sardegna WTC800? No hurry. Thanks in advance.

Take the car as it comes as it already is at close to 800pp, install racing transmission.

Setup the aero anyway you like, lower more speed less stability (I prefer the middleground of 550 to 800)
7 laps full power, then pits.
Refuel to 100%, change tyres if you are not confident in your tyremanagement.
8 laps shortshifting at 7000RPM and finish.
